Alexandra Arentz
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST // DIRECTOR
Alexandra has worked in the psychology field for almost 20 years, across a variety of public and private sector roles.
Alexandra specialises in therapy with children and adolescents. Common issues addressed include emotional and behavioural problems, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD) and eating disorders.
Alexandra also works with adult clients, on a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, workplace stress and relationship difficulties.
Kelly Battocchio
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Kelly works with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults.
Kelly aims to create a safe and supportive space for clients to gain a better understanding of themselves and their emotions, and to identify strategies that best suit the individual. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that best suits them, and uses feedback-informed practice to adapt treatment throughout therapy.
Kelly primarily uses a combination of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but will incorporate elements from Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training. With younger children, Kelly will use games, craft activities, and books to support learning and keep sessions engaging.
Kelly works with a range of concerns, and has a particular interest in supporting clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and stress. Kelly also enjoys working with clients who identify as LGBTQIA+.
Cherie Clark
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST & CLINICAL REGISTRAR
Cherie places strong emphasis on the therapeutic alliance, using a collaborative and client-centred approach grounded in evidence-based practice. She draws on skills and techniques from various modalities to tailor psychotherapy to her clients’ goals, concerns and expectations.
Cherie has experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She currently supports adult clients with a range of concerns, such as depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, ADHD, perimenopause, disordered eating and body image concerns.
Daina Hyatt
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Daina works mostly using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and aims to create a collaborative and supportive space for people to be curious about themselves, explore what they find valuable and meaningful, and to build their own skills to navigate the challenges they face in life. She also draws on approaches from other therapeutic models from her training (CBT, DBT, SFBT, MI) to help each person explore what works best for them.
Daina works with adults (including younger and older adults) with a range of presenting concerns, including challenges with anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, and with people navigating periods of change and transition.
Rani Gupta
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Rani aims to help guide clients to understand and navigate challenges by exploring their experiences and emotions together in a safe space. She works in a collaborative and relational way, prioritising the therapeutic alliance. She draws from multiple therapy modalities to help each individual client better understand themselves and find ways to move through challenges and life transitions.
Rani has worked with a variety of ages, and she is currently seeing adults and adolescents.
Katie Beckwith
CLINICAL COUNSELLOR & PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Katie is a Clinical Counsellor certified by PACFA and a trained psychotherapist, with a background of study in psychology, and professionally in population and public health research. Katie also works as a grief counsellor specialising in suicide bereavement.
Katie is trained in holistic, client-centred and trauma-informed therapy, with a Jungian background. She works with depression, anxiety, stress, grief and bereavement, trauma, and existential crisis, as well as personal growth and self-evolution.
Katie supports adolescent and adult individual clients, and has a special interest in supporting those who identify as neurodivergent.
Olivia Pelle
RECEPTIONIST // CLIENT ASSISTANT
Olivia is our friendly receptionist who brings warmth and professionalism to our practice.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology in her third year of studies, Olivia finds great joy in gaining hands-on experience within the clinical environment. She enjoys on building relationships not only with others in our team but also with our valued clients.
